Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Cost

All orders over $49 will be shipped free of charge via ground shipping. Any order of $49 or less will pay a flat $9.95 shipping charge. At this time we will only ship to the 48 contiguous United States by standard carrier only, no expedited shipping. Returns and exchanges are excluded from free shipping.

It’s possible that if you’ve made a multi-item order that shipments may came from warehouses other than our own, and may arrive separately and at different times.

Shipping Methods

We currently only offer ground shipping to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or internationally at this time. For orders that contain multiple items, you may receive each item separately, on different dates. Products may also be shipped by several different shipping companies, such as UPS, USPS, or truck freight. Orders over 250 pounds are considered truck freight, and will ship via the best method available. If your order will ship by truck freight, you will be contacted for additional information.

UPS charges a $12 correction fee if they have to adjust anything on the shipping label (ie РStreet Number, Zip Code, etc.).  If this fee is incurred by, we will be passing it onto you unless the error was made on our part.

We ship all orders (containing less than 10 Survival Kits) out within 2-5 business days. We often are able to make same day shipments for no additional charge. Sometimes shortages may occur with products. If there are circumstances where we do not have an item to fulfill an order, we will notify the customer by the next business day. We will either ship the products we do have and then make a second shipment for the missing items as soon as we receive them, or we will wait to ship the entire order together. Please note that it is rare that this will occur but uncontrollable circumstances may cause shortages.

Be advised that Wise Food products can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered.

Ownership of each shipped item becomes the sole property of the customer upon our delivery to the shipping company. is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged. All packages will have a tracking number and we cannot be responsible for missing packages that are shown to have been delivered. For packages that have been damaged, customers should immediately file a claim with the shipping company. (Save the packaging material for the shipping companies’ pick-up and inspection.) Truck Freight Shipping

Due to size or weight, some orders cannot be shipped via standard shipping and must be shipped via Truck Freight. A Truck Freight charge will be added to your order total to cover the additional shipping and handling costs.

Delivery Addresses

Shipping and billing addresses must be valid U.S. addresses. Shipping is not available to A.P.O./F.P.O. and P.O. box addresses due to shipper restrictions.

Perishable Items

Due to FDA and Healthcare regulations, perishable items are not allowed to be returned.

Out Of Stock Items

In the event that we are out of stock on any item, reserves the right to substitute a product of equal or greater value.


Cancelled orders must be received prior to the order being processed. Any order cancelled after processing may be returned after contacting us for a Return Authorization Number. (Please reference our Return Policy above.) Any cancellations after processing, or refused deliveries will incur a 20% restocking fee.
