Returned product(s) must be in new or like new condition, along with a copy of your invoice. You will be sent a replacement product(s) or a refund will be processed upon acceptance of your return. Q: What do I do if my package arrives damaged?
For packages that have been damaged, customers should immediately file a claim with the shipping company. KFSurvival.com is not responsible for packages that are stolen or damaged. All packages will have a tracking number and we cannot be responsible for missing packages that are shown to have been delivered.
Q: How do I change or cancel my order?
Please send us a message on the Contact Us page and reference your order number, and we will be happy to help you. We will make every effort to assist you before your order ships. NOTE: All cancellations or changes to your order must be made prior to shipping or they will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee, plus the cost of return shipping.
Q: Do you offer express shipping?
At this time we do not offer express shipping. We are currently working with shipping companies to offer you fast shipping at the best rates possible.
Q: Do you ship outside the US?
We do not ship outside the 48 contiguous states at this time. We will offer worldwide shipping at some point in the future.
